Our Experience in the Ann Arbor Federal Court

We have extensive experience practicing before Judge Levy in Ann Arbor, mainly because our trial lawyers Victor Mansour and Jim Amberg have both handled multi-month federal criminal jury trials before Judge Levy in Ann Arbor. Judge Levy is a great trial judge and is not afraid to follow the law, even when it is beneficial to the defendant. Judge Levy is also a courageous sentencing judge, who will go beyond the Federal Sentencing Guidelines to determine a fair and individualized sentence based on the person standing before her.
