Located  just off of Big Beaver in Troy, the 52-4 District court is the beginning jursidiction for nearly all felony cases that arise in either Troy or Clawson. Serviced by Judge Kirsten Hartig and Judge Maureen McGinnis, the Troy Court can be a great place to litigate a felony case prior tot he circuit court bind-over.

The Troy Judges

Having handled and won some very serious jury trials in the Troy court, we understand the type of litigation is required to give our clients a chance here. The Judges are both helpful in this endeavor, allowing us an open book when it comes to our litigation strategies. When handling serious Troy felony cases, we do as much legal fighting in the Troy Court as possible as there is always a chance that both judges will throw out a case if the People cannot meet their burden. Call us today if you have a Troy felony.
